SYNOPSIS
Sleeping babies. Some are crying, others are startled by closing doors. Corridors and staircases in the women's prison in Sliven. In addition to the adult inmates of the prison, at this moment there are also 17 babies lying there - innocent, unconvicted. What good can reach the hearing and sight of a newborn in prison? Stories of mothers who were admitted pregnant to prison, gave birth there (in the Sliven hospital), and their children are raised in the prison's crib...
